Re-Activate License?

Hello again,

I just purchased a new server and will be needing to transfer everything over (including interworx) and was curious how the licensing works. I purchased the one time license for $300 about a year ago and need to know if I can just transfer the existing license to the new machine and take the old one out of commission. Is this possible or will I have to purchase again?
