What level of customization is possible within InterWorx? Is it possible to COMPLETLY remake the application to fit the exact look of my website?

The Nodeworx AND Siteworx interfaces are templated using the Smarty Template Engine. You can download the theme, create your own then reupload and select it in the Server Setup. With Smarty you can change the entire look of the panel.
