.htaccess AND .htpasswd

Any consideration to add a management tool for novices, like CPanel have, so they can easily handle .htaccess and .htpasswd?

I know how to edit these files manually, and where to put them, however my customers know even less than me (Yes that is possible!)

This is coming RWF, as part of the file manager add on we're currently working on :).
