Un Bind 1 IP for different FTPd

I need to unbind 1 ip address from the dafault ftp server so I can use it for a second ftpd that I am going to install (SurgeFTP). Do you know how I can go about unbinding jsut one of the IPs from the FTPd?

Well the point is I need to use SurgFTP not ProFTP on just one IP. Are you saying to turn on virtual ftp and just leave one of the IPs out?

Nevermind I am just going to have SurgeFTP use a differnet port number
