API for creation of Resellers

I was wondering if there are functions available in the API to create reseller accounts.

We are busy with a new website and the integration of a Dutch (maybe in the feature also English) administration package, what we are missing at the moment in the API (well maybe it's there but we can't find instructions for it):
- Creation/Deletion of a reseller
- Activation/Suspension of a reseller
- Getting stats of the data traffic (actual usage user/reseller).
- Overview of the standard packages which we created in nodeworx.
