Everyone in or near the Columbus, Ohio (USA) area should check out Ohio Linux Fest (http://www.ohiolinux.org/) this weekend (September 25th - September 26th). I'll be speaking Friday at 6:00PM about the InterWorx Ruby on Rails implementation. This will be my 4th year in attendence and I have had a great time every year.
