Monitor + Sms

Hello,

I'm looking for a monitor software who able to send SMS when a particular service goes down.

Yet I'm using the SIM (http://www.rfxnetworks.com/sim.php)

But I'd like find a similar Monitor soft but with sms alert functionality

I think test MON as it is well known (http://www.kernel.org/software/mon/) with an extra module (that I don't know yet) to extend the alert module to a SMS alert module (myabe with gnokii)

Does somebody know one monitor soft with SMS alert ?

Does it have to be pure SMS? Most cell phone providers have email->SMS gateways setup to get around the "must have SMS" problem.
