Where in the file manager I can add keywords for my specials page and top products page of my website?

Hello,

Are you referring to meta tags (http://www.philb.com/metatag.htm)? I'm not sure what you mean by keywords otherwise. Meta tags would have to be manually added to the pages you are referring to yourself unless you are using a CMS like WordPress or Joomla. If that's the case there probably is a way you can set keywords in those respective applications.
