please help !! subdomain with www not available !

I need create subdomain accesible from urls:


http://www.subdomain.domain.com
And

http://subdomain.domain.com

Interworx no create subdomain with ww included, i migrated from ensim and ensim have that fature now no have on interworx, few custoer complaint.


I try in the panel create subdomain called:

www.subdomain


This subdomain not work, and when open direct to incorrect place of site.

Please i need add subdomain with www too !!

dns work ok the trouble is sundomain redirect to any place and n to correct place and if edit subdomain www.subdomain (http://www.subdomain/) in panel? just see www

its like .subdomain not taked by the panel correly !!

subdomain.yourdomain.com works?
www.subdomain.yourdomain.com (http://www.subdomain.yourdomain.com) doesn't work?


If it does not work, did you check the zones in nodeworx to make sure there is an a record for www.subdomain.yourdomain.com (http://www.subdomain.yourdomain.com)

Dns work ok, the subdomain resolve, the trouble no redirect to folder of that subdomain ! ; (
