It depends on how yours is setup and on how we implement the spamassassin integration so I can’t say much at this point as to how it will affect things.

It probably will since you’ve had to edit some core interworx-cp files, but we should talk more as the release gets close so we can assess what it will mean for you to upgrade with your modified system.

Yes, the end-user will be able to configure spamassassin for their domain on a per email/domain level.
