Hello fellas,

How do you test email with qmail?

With other servers that use sendmail I am able to run mailx on commandline to send me a test email. For example:

mailx -s "test from hostname " john@somedomain.com < /path/to/files/contents.txt

This doesn’t work on the interworx servers. Any suggestions?

Just plain old “mail” rather than “mailx” will work John.
