Error Summary

[root@Testserver ~]#

Hi ofiratg

Welcome to IW forums

I see you have labelled this as a test server

My first advice is to fully reload centos 6, then run yum update, so centos updates to 6.8

I usually yum install wget

Then run your IW install command

Please do not install additional packages, just a base install of centos (IW will install it’s required packages)

Your error looks likely to be your error, and you have conflicting proftp packages

Also, it is very important not to move MySQL or folders/symlink until after IW has been installed, if you intend to move packages at all that is

If it still fails, I would open a support ticket as it advises

I hope that helps

Many thanks

John
