  • Unable to restore backup

    Hello,
I will reinstall my server, I made test to restore accounts. If I try to restore get the following error:

    Code:
    /home/interworx/bin/import.pex --archive=/XXX.XXX-full-Oct.24.2014-17.46.35.tgz --ip-address=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX --control-panel=siteworx

    Found --ipv4
    XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
    Archive file : /XXX.XXX-full-Oct.24.2014-17.46.35.tgz
    Working directory : /tmp/siteworxImportfzfc6O
    Symlink Hunting
/bin/tar: This does not look like a tar archive
    /bin/tar: Skipping to next header
/bin/tar: Archive contains obsolescent base-64 headers
/bin/tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
    Done Symlink Hunting
/bin/tar: This does not look like a tar archive
    /bin/tar: Skipping to next header
/bin/tar: Archive contains obsolescent base-64 headers
/bin/tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
    extract archive failed
Could not extract archive : /XXX.XXX-full-Oct.24.2014-17.46.35.tgz

How can I restore it? MC can't open the compressed backup too, it says XXX.XXX-full-Oct.24.2014-17.46.35.tgz doesn't look like a tar archive.
    Thank you!

A quick hack: Extract the tar file from tgz (I made with Total Commander and uploaded after), then run the mentioned script with the modified extension. The account is now restored!
