    Can't generate private key

    Hi all,

    When clicking the generate private key button, the following error box pops up:

    "A System error has occurred
    replyCode: 500
    replyText: Generic Server Issue
    replyData:
    null"
    Any idea how to get this fixed?

    Thanks for that. Managed to resolve the issue by running:

    ./varpermsfix.pex --siteworx=domain.com

    Sounds like either a break somewhere perhaps, or their space allocation maybe full perhaps

    Have you tried to restart service or restart Iw (ssh into server, run as root or su service iworx restart)

    Lastly, have you restarted the server

    If needed quickly, I would open a support ticket

    Just noticed this in the iworx.log file:

    2017-05-18 04:16:23.36358 [kapl38-jtmf-d623-WEB] [EMERG] : ERROR: /usr/local/interworx/include/IWorxFileSys.php(909): fopen(/home/domain/var/domain.com/ssl/domain.com.priv.key): failed to open stream: Permission denied : /xhr.php

    Looks like that could be the issue I suppose?

    Yeah it's a client who reported it to us. We also tried it on our end and was giving us the same issue.
