  • How can I re-creating a Siteworx mailbox account from scratch?

    Sometimes imap folders get so mangled by the user (and the guy who tries to fix them) that the easiest fix seems to be deleting the account and all its maildirs and starting over.

    If I try that (and restart services) the account and its webmail setup and folder structure is still intact like before, along with the problems. Enough wait time does the trick after removing an account. But what's the best way to re-create a mailbox in a hurry so that messages can just be restored and the user sent on his way with a clean setup?
