A customer just asked if we can disable a specific spam filtering rule, since they get lots of legitimate emails that have all-caps SKU’s in the subject line. Can that be done?

SiteWorx users are able to go to SiteWorx > Mail Options > Spam Settings > Advanced SpamAssassin Custom Options and add items to the whitelists so that mail from these senders isn’t marked as spam.
