Hi there,

APologies, i’m new! Trying to setup my interworx server mail section but want to route via another SMTP we use, is this possible so that all emails route via another SMTP gateway??

Thanks! Prefer that then having my interworx send direct!

In a SiteWorx account you can disable mail so that the InterWorx server doesn’t act as an email endpoint for mail sent through the InterWorx server.

SiteWorx > Administration > Mail Options > Remote Setup

Then just click disable.
