Is there a config page for the servers php.ini file? Or do I just edit the file. I think I read a note not to do so someplace. I know how to do both with whm/cpanel but cant find it here.

I hope you don’t mind but there could be 3 different php.ini files depending upon your setup.
I have read your post 3 times and I’m sorry if I have not understood correctly, but to edit the php.ini from GUI, is not possible, you need to manually edit after ssh, and it’s installed position is normally the default.
If your asking if each siteworx could have its own php.ini, please see this post http://forums.interworx.com/showthread.php?t=3884
I would not advise changing any php.ini for IW CP, which could cause you issues.
