SSL installation for FTP, POP3 and other services

hi,
i’m very new to interworx, i’m trying to install a ssl for my vps services such as pop3 and mail, ftp smtp etc…

i followed the steps at http://www.interworx.com/support/faq/how-to-manage-ssl-certificates-for-system-services/

interworx says it’s installed properly now, when i check the ssl if it’s installed properly i get the error:

it says it’s not installed properly:
[h=3]The certificate is not trusted in all web browsers. You may need to install an Intermediate/chain certificate to link it to a trusted root certificate. Learn more about this error. You can fix this by following Comodo’s Certificate Installation Instructions for your server platform (use these instructions for InstantSSL). Pay attention to the parts about Intermediate certificates.[/h]
i have the .crt file i don’t know where to upload it?

can someone please guide me a little?

Welcome to interworx forums.

If you have followed the guide you should be good.

I myself create a siteworx account for the server FQDN, as without this, any checks fail to a degree, but you need to match your ID etc, simply by copy and paste from SSL nodeworx

It’s hard to test as you have not given your domain used on server, which if you want to pm me, I can check

Also, you may have missed your chains
