has anyone come across this error that I keep getting a warning about, or any ideas how to fix the issue

/usr/local/sbin/XenConfig.pl already running
INIT failed–call queue aborted.

I have not seen that file sorry
It looks on the face of it a call to start the script, but the error is telling you it is already running
What are you running IW on. Is it xen

its only just started since updating to v 6

I have checked our servers and cannot see the file sorry. We have some production servers running same distro and IW
If your not running on xen, then I would open a support ticket to let IW have a look, as I do not think the file would have been installed by IW
