How much to upgrade PHP and MySQL...

Hi,

I am looking to hire someone to upgrade PHP and MySQL to the latest versions on my server and to install eaccelerator or APC (http://pecl.php.net/package/APC),

About how much would you charge?

Yes its a dedicated server and I do have root access.

Interworx:
v2.1.3

      CentOS release 4.4 (Final)

Apache:
2.0.59

PHP:
5.0.4

MySQL:
4.1.20

Latest versions meaning from their respective websites, or the latest from RPM/SRPMs?

And I’d highly recommend xcache (http://trac.lighttpd.net/xcache/) (and yes it works with Apache as well as lighttpd) over eaccelerator or apc, unless you need a specific feature that they provide.

Fr3d I mean what ever would be best and most likely to work.

Any caching would be better then none like I have now.

Just an FYI this is a real offer willing to pay I know there are some real pros on here.
