Migrating SSL does not work

on CentOS 4.3

Dedicated IP site with SSL enabled

When customer pastes Key and CRT into the migrating SSL feature it does not work. Page just refreshes and says “There is no SSL certificate installed. You have the following options available:”

However when i generate self signed, it works.
