trying to update my 4.0.4 box and it is complaining on yum update:

Error Summary

this is a CentOs 5, 64-bit box. anyone got the answer on this one?

Looks like you are using a 3rd party yum repository. Trying disabling it and running “yum update” again. If it works then add “rrdtool” to that repository’s exclude list.

i have tried disabling a few, but no joy. which looks like the culprit?
