Can not create MySQL base

Hi,

I have just signed up for a free web space here, but I can not create any databases. Error message:

replyCode: 500
replyText: Generic Server Issue
replyData:
null

My FTP and HTTP works fine. Hope you can help me, and sorry if I happened to place this in the wrong forum ?

We’re not a web hosting facility, sorry - You’ll have to contact your hosting provider with this issue. You’re on the forum for InterWorx, the software that your hosting firm uses to manage its servers.
