We have multiple domains running on our IW server. We decided to not renew a domain name and I now need to migrate that domain to another SW account on the same server. Unfortunately I wasn’t told until after the domain was kicked that we’re not renewing, so I can’t just go into wordpress and export the site. (every time I try WP points to fqdn.
What’s the easiest way to move from one SW account to another on the same NW server? I’m looking to move newsite.ourdomain.biz to newsite.ourdomain.com

I think from memory, if you used the 1 click installers like softaculous, you can change the config using the advanced section of softaculous, which is likely same with simplescripts
If you did not, I also believe you can import your WP into softaculous and then change using the above.
If this is not the case, and I am wrong, I apologise in advance sorry.
You could try a backup/import but this may retain the FQDN used in configs for WP, or you may have to edit the WP configs and change the FQDN of WP
