# Access to file manager in SiteWorx

Hello  
I use SiteWorx via Nexcess hosting, but I can’t find the file manager in the siteWorX menu  
Can someone help me access the file manager?

If you cannot see the link to file manager, it may not have been activated by nxcess

You maybe best advised to open a support ticket with your provider and ask

I agree with John. At the SiteWorx level, there is likely to be very little information we can provide you that would be helpful. Your provider is the best place to ask this query.
