Adding a new IP Address

I got another IP address from my web host and am trying to add it into nodeworx. I go to server > ip management and see the new ip address in the list and “Active in IWorx-CP” is set to “no”. If I set it to yes and click continue, I get a blank white page. Anyone have any ideas what might cause this?

I would open up a support ticket on this one.

This happens to me as well.

The solution is to execute the following command:

/home/interworx/cron/ip.pex --sync

Yep, that’s the workaround, Lightfoot. I’m actually refactoring the IP Management system this week for the new release, I’ll try to make sure this is corrected!
