blank page after tried to add siteworx account


I got a blank page when try to add a new siteworx account
Interworx 3.0.4

no new account added

any thoughts?

The white screen in InterWorx 3.0.4 is generally due to an error. Especially in the case of adding SiteWorx accounts, the two most common culprits are 100% full partitions, or database corruption.

For either case, I’d recommend opening a support ticket and having us confirm.

the problem was at database corruption, solved by ticket
could be a great option to have a pex file to “fix common errors” like empty rows on specific tables, i mean for non critical errors
