Long story short, Shelfspot had all their hostees go down for 2 weeks because they did not pay their bill to layeredtech. 2 weeks later, now that we are FINALLY up because we raised the money to pay the bill, we want to get our databases. At first, when I logged in, it said the license was invalid, and now when I try to login the screen is blank. What do I do? How can I get my databases so I can transfer hosts?
You’re going to need to work with your host to get these issues resolved. They are out of our direct control.
