Hi, I have had this problem for some time.
I can’t login to my Nodeworx.
I enter my email and password, and when I hit ‘login,’ it just clears the fields and doesn’t do anything further.
I found that if I delete all my domain cookies, I can log in. But I have to do it each time. It’s very frustrating.
Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
Thanks,
Sasha Shepherd
Edit: This issue occurs in the latest versions of Chrome, Chromum, Firefox, and Opera on Ubuntu 12.04.
Are you running the latest version of InterWorx? We are currently at 4.10.1-445
You can check by running:
rpm -q interworx
on the command line or going to Server>Settings in NodeWorx.
This actually sounds like an old problem that was patched and fixed a few months ago.

Yes, I am
Thank you for your reply. Yes, I’m running the newest version:
interworx-4.10.1-445.iworx
Are there any workarounds you can suggest?
Thanks,
Sasha
Interesting.
Mind opening a ticket through our support portal? I’d like to try duplicating and fixing this one - It’s entirely new on me.

Sometimes the cookies get weird if you try to login to more than one SiteWorx account at the same time. That’s probably not your issue, but thought I would throw it out there.
What happens if after you clear cookies, login, you immediately logout. Can you then log back in again without clearing anything?
