It could be great to have something like webmin about clusters

Little panel will become big 
The one thing i like a lot about webmin is It ability to simplify configuring Mon. Dont get me wrong, sim is good, but its a bitch to customize if your not all too familiar with the parts.
I simple want this:
High loads: killall -9 java; sleep 2; killall -9 httpd
then run my dedicated jvms start script and then start httpd.
This is soo easy to do with MON using webmin, and you can get it to send out multiple alerts. However, Ive screwed out with SIM and I just can seem to get that functionality out of it.
