Direct Admin version 1.28.0
Yes, I know the version is different to that on the importer, but is there any idea to fix it still?
Thanks.

How big is your /tmp partition? If this is a large site it may be too small. Importing a site requires roughly twice the storage space that the site itself uses.
IF THIS IS THE CASE
mkdir /chroot/home/tmp
chmod 776 /chroot/home/tmp
then edit /chroot/home/interworx/iworx.ini
change the two instances of
temp=/tmp
to
temp=/chroot/home/tmp
service iworx restart
If Tim’s suggestion doesn’t work Fr3d I’d open a ticket and provide a download link to the archive in question so we can test it locally here.

My /tmp partition is pretty big - the tar.gz file is about 140MB, and my /tmp has several GB free at least.
I’ll open a ticket in a minute
Edit: Ticket opened, and my /tmp partion has 10.26GB free space.
