Domain is Down after Siteworx Restore

After backup restore through the Siteworx Backup page. I ran chmod -R user:group on the html directory, then ~iworx/bin/varpermsfix.pex --siteworx=hubbadubba.net

Permissions look OK, as does the domain apache conf file but I get 403 message “You don’t have permission to access / on this server.”

Also File Manager fails from the siteworx page with a 500 Internal Server Error.

Weird thing is the neither the main apache or the siteworx error_log has anything in it related to the error message above.

Support changed the user’s home and html directory permissions to 711 and that fixed everything- though some permissions on subfolders were 777 and the mysql users needed to be re-associated with the proper mysql databases, everything went fine with a restore.
