Email Delivery Issues

I am new to InterWorx so I may be looking overlooking something very simple but none are my accounts receiving email at all. It is a complete new setup and we started running live last night.

Setup all accounts as follows:

  1. Setup up new email account for each account: info@domainname.com

This was done as all clients have this as their previous default email address. It appears that postmaster is the way to go for the future. The postmaster account was not deleted and remains active.

  1. After this mailbox was setup we created an alias as default@[U]domainname.com[/U].

  2. We then setup default to forward all emails to info@.

  3. So far we have about 70 email sitting in the Local queue waiting to be delivered. We have restarted the Mail server since the creation of the accounts.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

The first place I’d check for error messages would be the /var/log/send/current log file.
