# Error while calling the remote method  iworx.getip

Hi All

I am getting an error while creating an account in interworx .It happens only when SSL is ON . The error goes like this.

> Didn’t receive 200 OK from remote  
> server. (HTTP/1.1 100 Continue)

When I went through the log , I could see it throws error when it calls a function to get IP from the InterWorx box to set up new account on.I am using xmlrpc api and the remote method is iworx.getip.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Jay,

I’ve seen that problem before, and it was resolved by upgrading the xmlrpc client library to the latest version of the package, if I recall correctly.
