Just wanted to give an update on this – we checked it out and the default password not matching the SiteWorx password was a bug. It’s now fixed in the beta channel, but be aware that it’ll only solve the problem for new SiteWorx account. The default ftp password for accounts created before the beta update is applied will not match the SiteWorx account and will need to be reset before the ftp credentials can be used.

I didn’t know it’s actually a bug. All we do is always change the ftp password lol. Thanks for fixing it.
