Httpd Graphs dissapeared

[LEFT]Suddenly RRD graphs looks like no traffic at all… both at nodeworx and siteworx levels, everything else, including web server, seems to be working fine. Any insight about this issue will be highly appreciated.

httpd graph no data

Hi

We have same issue, and was noted yesterday.

There have been some interworx updates installed and this is when it happened, so I presume they will be working on it.

Any confirmation of such would be lovely.

Many thanks

John

We’ve built a fix for this one. Run a ‘yum update’, and that will pull down the new mod_watch. Restart httpd, and wati ten minutes. The graphs should begin updating again.

It does not work, yum cannot find anything to update…

Hi

Many thanks for confirming you were aware and working/worked on a resolution to correct it.

I can confirm it still does not display, and interwrox updated itself, including mod_watch, to ver 4.3.

Any help would be appreciated.

Many thanks

John

httpd resolved

Hi

I’m very sorry, the graphs are now displaying correctly after I reread your message above, and although interwrox updated itself, it still needed a manual httpd restart to correct the issue.

I have to say though, according to the logs, our httpd service does a graceful restart every day in the early Hours but guessing this was prior to the interworx update, which is why I had to manually restart service.

I’m no expert but I think from “just me” above, he may not have packages marked for update to check. This is just based on my little knowledge and I also ran yum uodate, but mine listed update packages it will check… I may be wrong though, so apologies if I am.

Once again, many thanks for your help

John

After trying again a few hours later, yum found some iworx updates and now web server graphs seem to be fine. Thank you.
