Interworx vs Virtuozzo FIREWALL

I just signed up at JaguarPC with a Virtuozzo VPS using Interworx CP.
The Virtuozzo Firewall appears to go down when the Interworx Firewall is Activated. I assume this is normal (perhaps both can’t try to control the same thing).

Q: Which Firewall control should I use… Interworx or Virtuozzo?

I’m not at all familiar with the firewall that Virtuozzo uses, but InterWorx’s firewall is merely APF (http://www.rfxnetworks.com/apf.php), and all APF does is simplify the interface to configuring IPtables. Bottom line, InterWorx’s firewall is a bunch of iptables rules.
