Keeping up to date.

I am wondering if there is another way to keep system software up to date rather then waiting on the interworx yum updates.

I noticed that with our new 2.1.1 install, Apache, PHP and MySQL are at least one version back. My main wish is to bring MySQL up to version 5.

It would be nice to have everything up to date, even if there is some lag.

Hello Kahn-

The system MySQL, Apache, and PHP versions are dictated by the Linux distribution you are running. You are able to upgrade whenever you wish.

InterWorx-CP has it’s own versions of Apache, MySQL, and PHP, so updgrading the system instances should not affect InterWorx-CP.
