ideas?

Cliff.

the XXXX.com.conf files on the old/current server have been heavily modified… could this be a problem, or are the .com.conf files newly generated for the new install?

They’re newly generated - but the problem is related to the apache configs somehow. When it’s “hanging” during activate, try restarting the web server at the command line and see what error message you get - that’ll be the source of the problem.

receiving a different issue with another account. The account is 2.8GB and I’m getting an error on the Mass Transfer results page of: “Failure” “Unknown Error”.

This is the big one… I need to get this moved over… the account is comprised of a lot of MySQL data and email accounts…

ideas?

Cliff.

For an account this large, don’t use the mass transfer - create a SiteWorx backup, copy the backup to the new server, and import it on the new server using, using the command line tools.
