It should for most distros jerricho. I tested on CentOS 3.x and it seems to be available with their default packages.

There are several binary versions available as well as the source version whic is also an easy install.
EDIT: yum install ImageMagick works just fine on CentOS 3.5 just maje sure to capitalize it as it is here, all lowers will not work.
