Is it possible for the same end-user to receive mail at multiple domains? The only method I can think of looking at the siteworx options is add the person’s mailbox as a secondary domain and forward copies. Would prefer to not manage this account in two places.

If the other domain is a pointer domain of the first domain, this happens automatically. However, this only works for the same username - hubba@dubba.com and hubba@interworx.com, for example. If you need to have multiple usernames delivered to the same box ultimately, you’ll need to set up forwarders like you mentioned.
