php upgrade from 5.3.3 to at least 5.3.8

I just tried to install “OwnCloud” for a customer via Softaculous but just get the following message:

  • Required PHP version greater than equal to 5.3.8 AND found version is : 5.3.3

Is there any possibility to upgrade to newer version of php without breaking the InterWorx interfaces?

I’m running CentOS 6.

You can install php higher versions without upsetting IW

If you have a look through forum, you’ll find good procedures to do this

I searched before but didn’t find some solution, now i searched again and found --> http://forums.interworx.com/threads/8035-php-update-error?highlight=php+upgrade

With that it worked and i’m even in php 5.4.x :slight_smile:
