Registering license problem

Hi Gimly,

There was a little mix-up in billing today, so when you paid your invoice, your license didn’t get re-activated automatically. Your license is active now.

However, I must ask, why are you running goiworx.pex again? :slight_smile:

Because I have change my server, now I use CentOS 4.3. I don’t have to run ./goiworx.pex ?

Did you reinstall the server, or physically move to a new server? If so, then yes, re-running goiworx.pex is the correct thing to do. If this is still the same install of InterWorx as before, then no, you do not want to run goiworx.pex a second time.

I must make a bad handling :confused::confused: (I didn’t have this problem on my old server)

The first warning you get is fine. It’s just warning you that you are using an internal IP. The second message means we need to reset the license for you. Open a support ticket w/ your license number and we’ll reset it for you.

FYI, for those curious: Reseting the license doesn’t mean giving you a new license or deleting your license. It simply means clearing the IP that the license is bound to so that you can use the license on any IP you wish.
