Setting default Account page

In Cpanel, Its fairly easy to change how a new accounts welcome page appears when its created. How do I change it in Interworx? Where is the default folder that is copied everytime a new account is created?

I want a custom default page to appear everytime a new account is created.

The default account files are stored in:

/usr/local/interworx/etc/skel/
