Unable to delete email accounts

When customer tries to delete email accounts an error appears a message “USER DOES NOT EXIST”. The email does not delete.

Any ideas?

It could be a file/directory permissions issue, but it’s hard to say for sure. We can take a look if you open a support ticket.
