Upgrading PHP on CentOS 5.3 past 5.1.6 ?

Anyone know of a way to upgrade php to something higher then 5.1.6 on a centos 5.3 machine without messing up interworx?

Will Interworx ever push an upgrade of this over its panel?

We actually have some (unsupported) RPMs that you can use to upgrade PHP yourself. Alternately, you could use a repo that provides newer packages, such as the one that Jason Litka runs.

Ours are located at: http://updates.interworx.com/iworx/RPMS/unsupported/php5/cos5x/

We would never push something like this, because the risk of breaking client code is too great.
