Upgrade version 7.13.28-2647 not in changelog

My server has just upgraded but version not showing in official change log.
Out of interest what’s in the update ?

InterWorx has been upgraded to version 7.13.28-2647 from 7.13.27-2604.

Hello–

I write our changelog manually and, due to support ticket influx, I just didn’t have the time, yesterday, to write it all up. That is why there is often a 24-48 hour discrepancy between an update and the changelog being published. Especially when there are new features that required new how-to docs to be written, as well, which was the case in this update.

It will be up this afternoon. I will provide a link at that time.
