1000 email limit in (an hour)?

I’m hitting an email queue limit and received a email about being over 1000 emails in queue. Does anyone have any idea where this limit is set?

I’ve scoured documentation and asked all sorts of different AI’s for help and nothing is able to point me to the conf, cfg, or GUI setting for this in InterWorx, NodeWorx, or SiteWorx setting.

I’m feeling incompetent and hoping someone can solidify my incompetency with some guidance
