Hi,
I am on a fresh install of Interworx VPS on Clean CentOS 4.3 Image.
I have tried to set a domain name after creating a reseller, under reseller and after i commit to create a domain, it shows this line in pink color “An error occured during SiteWorx account activation, check the iworx.log file for more details”

This is my first time with Interworx, Where should i make something to remove this problem.
I have omitted the IP , domain and Screen names, Since its a public support place.

If you have a /home partition, you have to change the following entry in /usr/local/interworx/iworx.ini

partition="/"

change that to

partition="/home"

Do you in fact have a /home partition? What’s the output of “df” on your server?

Is this a Virtuozzo VPS? If so, have you made sure that the quotaugidlimit was properly set from the VPS master?

On the VPS master, run:

vzctl set VPS_ID --quotaugidlimit N

Where VPS_ID is the VPS number of your VPS instance, and N is some sufficiently large number (e.g., 500). If I recall correctly, the number ‘N’ determines the max number of users and groups (combined) allowed on the VPS instance.

That df output tells me you have a /home directory, but it is not it’s own partition. Follow Socheat’s advice (assuming it’s a Virtuozzo VPS) and change the partition="/home" back to partition="/"
